Hari Raya is the most celebrating day among Muslims. Firstly, it is an important religious holidays celebrated by Muslims. It is because today we know that many people have many bad habits such as take more sugar in their foods or drinks, lazy to do exercise, and take mixed foods like seafood and terrestrial foods. Secondly, it is far from smoking . It is because smoke not good for health. It can destroy your life with damage innards body like your heart and so on. Thirdly, it is you must diligence to do exercise if you get time. It can help you to nourish the body and caqn educate the brain. For example, doing light exercise before doing any work and you can jogging in the morning before going to work. Therefore, we should practice a healthy lifestyle.

           Social networking give many advantages to people. Firstly, it can make we find friend . For example, we can find friends at Facebook, Twitter, Wechat and others. = The message in this film is a sacrifice of a father who raised her daughter alone and abandoned by Lucy's mother.  Sam look after his daughter very well and he love Lucy very much. He tries to give his full affection for his daughter and follow all his daughter request although he don't have enough money. Beside, he can't fullfill her necessary enoughly. For example, Lucy don't have her own room for own comfortable.
